The second webinar in AIRC’s #WeAreHereForYou series will highlight how institutions, agencies, and service providers can best support their students before, during, and after the U.S. visa application process, especially in today’s climate of uncertainty. Hear directly from a former U.S. Consular Officer who adjudicated thousands of visa applications on what actually happens during a visa interview and how students can strengthen their applications. The session will also examine best practices for preparing students for the visa process, how practitioners can help in the case of a denial, and what resources are available to stay up to date on visa policy changes and implementation. A focus will be on setting realistic student expectations and offering relevant guidance to support their visa process.
