AIRC NAFSA Booth 2026

Seeking Co-Exhibitors for the AIRC Booth

AIRC will host an exhibit booth (Booth #1711) at the 2026 NAFSA Annual Conference. There is room in this 20 x 20 foot booth for 10 active AIRC member organizations in addition to AIRC staff. Joining AIRC's booth is an excellent benefit for AIRC members that want an enhanced presence at NAFSA!

The booth sharing cost is $3,950 USD. AIRC's shared cost compares to NAFSA's rate of $8,600 for a comparable single booth.

New this year: Purchasing a spot in AIRC's booth will include ONE NAFSA attendee conference registration. Other exhibitors in your group must register separately to attend the NAFSA Conference.

The shared booth includes:

• ONE NAFSA conference registration
• Unlimited access to your table during NAFSA Exhibit Hours
• A 30" diameter cafe table with 2 chairs
• Your branding on AIRC signage and AIRC communications about NAFSA

Active AIRC member organizations will be able to express their interest in joining the booth by registering beginning on January 14, 2026 at 9:00 am US Eastern time.

Registrations will be accepted on a first-to-register and first-to-pay basis for the first 10 groups.  A waiting list will be maintained in case there are cancellations.
