Description
The ISREP (International Student Recruitment and Enrollment Planning) certificate program was launched by AIRC in a commitment to elevate professionals for the evolving field of international education. This certificate program is for professionals who are committed to creating global citizens and improving international student growth through best practices.
Carefully crafted by experts in the field, the combination of synchronous online presentations, group discussions, and projects, emphasize deep understanding of professional guidelines, key concepts, and tools that will enhance your professional profile.
Course enrollment for 2025-26 will open in May 2025 for the program which runs from December 19, 2025 to September 30, 2026. The online course is structured around seven distinct modules. Each module facilitates live team discussions to enable participants to develop a strong professional network. An optional in-person meet-up may be available for those attending the AIRC Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia from December 3 - 6, 2025.
At the end of the program, participants complete a capstone project culminating in the creation of a strategic international recruitment plan. Each participant will receive instruction, support and personalized feedback from expert practitioners in the field. The final certificate is awarded to participants that successfully complete the assignments for each module and the capstone project.

Module 5: Impactful Marketing and Communication Strategies

Module 6: Customizing Your International Recruitment Toolkit

Module 7: Strategic International Recruitment Planning and Budget Modeling
Online, synchronous presentation, August 2026.
One year of experience in any area of international education is recommended as a course prerequisite.
