Representatives of AIRC Member Organizations, including:

Representatives of Organizations that are not Members of AIRC are eligible if they are:

  • Representatives of accredited US higher education or secondary school institutions Representatives of non-US educational institutions that are recognized by an accreditation authority in the home country
  • Representatives of non-profit or governmental organizations that support international education

Other Organizations

  • Representatives from companies and for-profit organizations in a category other than those listed above must become an AIRC 2025 Annual Conference sponsor in order to present at and attend the AIRC Conference. Contact Staff@airc-education.org for more information.

Travel

The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is located near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.  We encourage attendees to book travel early to take advantage of airfare savings. If you are traveling from overseas and require a visa letter, please download this document.

Attendee Networking

Starting in November, AIRC will share a weekly list of conference attendees on the conference website. We encourage participants to begin their networking before they arrive in Atlanta, which can easily be done through the conference mobile app. Be sure to check the conference website frequently as updates are made over the next several months.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email: memberservices@airc-education.org.  All refunds are granted at the discretion of AIRC. No full refunds will be issued for requests received after November 3, 2025. From November 4, 2025 to November 28, 2025, a 50% refund may be granted at the discretion of AIRC.  Please note, refunds are not guaranteed.  After December 1, 2025, no refunds will be made. 

Pre-conference workshops are non-refundable.

Attendee Conference Registration Credit and Registration Transfer Policy

Conference registration credit requests must be received in writing via email: memberservices@airc-education.org by December 1, 2025.  Conference registration credit is good for one calendar year. 

Registration transfer requests must be received in writing via email: memberservices@airc-education.org by November 3, 2025.  A registration transfer can only be made one time to a member within the same organization.
